The worst part about playing Imouto no Katachi (Sister's Shape) is getting stuck at some choice, staring at the dense flowchart nodes and having no clue what to pick. This guide solves exactly that problem—every date is clearly labeled, every BE (Bad End) marked, every personal route indicated, and every story-recycling option sorted out. Bookmark this page and check it while playing; it guarantees you won't be forced to restart because of a wrong choice.

Must-Read for Beginners

The game system is very user-friendly with a built-in FLOWCHART. If you get stuck, just click the chapter select button at the bottom-right corner—no need to start from scratch. The "eXXX" codes mentioned in this guide are node names in the flowchart; search them directly to jump to the corresponding position. For first-time players, it's recommended to start with Gin's route, as it contains the most information and helps you understand the world-building. Note: The Forbidden Medicine route contains dark and grotesque content; players with weak psychological resilience should proceed with caution.

Forbidden Medicine Route (TRUE END)

image.png

This is the game's true ending, following Sakuya's route. The unlock conditions are quite tedious—must follow the steps carefully.

Unlock Conditions:

1. Among Gin END, Iroha END2, Shoko END2, and Sakuya END2, after clearing two of them, the Frag "Advent~Encounter~" will be added

2. After clearing three, the Frag "Homecoming~Parting~" will be added

3. After clearing all four, the Frag "Curse~Blessing~" will be added

4. After viewing all three of the above Frags, the Frag "Quickening~Beginning~" will be added

5. After viewing all of the above Frags, you can enter the final Forbidden Medicine route

Important Note:

These four Frags can be found at the top of the prologue flowchart, or in the fragment section. After selecting the Forbidden Medicine route, you enter the final route—no choices, just watch straight through to the TRUE END.

Additional Info: As you progress through the game, new frags and scenes will gradually unlock. These won't appear directly in the game routes, but can be found on the game flowchart—once they appear, you can click to enter and view them directly. It's recommended to check the flowchart after clearing each route to see if there are any new nodes.

That's the end of the guide. Enjoy your playthrough—Imouto no Katachi is indeed a great work with solid story and music, worth savoring carefully.
